It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. If you continue to use bqji after an amendment has been published, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
bqji is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least eighteen years of age to register an account, make a deposit or place any bet. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. bqji takes age verification seriously and will suspend any account where the holder is found to be under the legal age. Any winnings generated on an underage account will be forfeited.

bqji's services are intended for players accessing the platform from Pakistan. It is your responsibility to determine whether using an online betting platform is legal in your jurisdiction before registering. bqji makes no representation as to the legality of its services in locations other than where the platform is designed to operate.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one bqji account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using your own details, someone else's details or fabricated information — is a violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your consent, contact bqji support immediately.
All information provided during the bqji registration process must be accurate and truthful. This includes your name, date of birth, Pakistan mobile number and any other details requested. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current. bqji will use the mobile number and email address on your account for verification purposes, promotional communications and security alerts.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bqji login credentials, including your password. Do not share your username or password with anyone. bqji will never contact you asking for your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, change your password immediately and notify bqji support.
bqji cannot be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have shared your credentials or failed to take reasonable precautions to secure them.
bqji is required to verify the identity of its members, particularly before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide documents such as a CNIC scan, a recent utility bill or a screenshot of your payment wallet. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being held or the account being restricted. All documents submitted to bqji are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
If your bqji account has no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months, it will be classified as dormant. bqji may apply an administrative fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant account balances to cover maintenance costs. You will be notified before any fee is applied and can reactivate your account at any time by logging in and contacting support.
bqji currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods, all operating in Pakistani Rupees:
Withdrawals from bqji are subject to the following conditions: your account must be fully verified; any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn; the withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance; and bqji may request additional verification documentation for withdrawals above Rs 50,000.
bqji does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges. bqji is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party financial institutions.
Wherever possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a restriction on your funds.
All deposits to your bqji account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. bqji does not accept deposits from accounts belonging to other individuals. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the originating account may be reviewed.
bqji offers a range of promotions to new and existing members, including the Welcome Deposit Bonus, Monday Reload Bonus, Casino Tuesday Cashback, PSL Free Bets, the Accumulator Boost, Refer a Friend bonuses and the Birthday Bonus. Full details of each current promotion are published on the Promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all bqji bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
All bonus funds credited to a bqji account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount — for example, a 10× wagering requirement on Rs 1,000 of bonus funds requires Rs 10,000 in total qualifying bets to be placed. Real-money bets contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Free bet winnings are subject to the wagering of the profit only, not the stake.
Each bqji bonus carries a validity period, specified in the promotion's terms, during which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonus funds that remain unconverted at the end of the validity period will be removed from the account automatically. Any winnings generated entirely from bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirement will also be removed.
bqji reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonus funds, and to close accounts, where it reasonably determines that a player has attempted to exploit, manipulate or abuse any promotion. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing offsetting bets to neutralise risk while satisfying wagering requirements; using bonus funds in a pattern inconsistent with genuine recreational betting.
Promotions are for entertainment purposes. bqji bonuses are offered to enhance your gaming experience. They do not represent a reliable income and should not be treated as such. Always bet within your means regardless of any bonus balance available in your account.
A bet placed on bqji is considered accepted and binding at the moment bqji issues a confirmation — whether via an on-screen message or a bet reference number. Once confirmed, bets cannot be edited or cancelled unless bqji expressly provides a cash-out or edit feature on the relevant market at the relevant time.
bqji takes reasonable steps to ensure that all published odds and casino payout rates are accurate. However, in the event of an obvious pricing error — such as a team priced at 1,000:1 to win a match they are heavily favoured in — bqji reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price and to refund the stake to the player's account. bqji will communicate any such voiding as promptly as possible.
All bqji casino games — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, live casino games and Andar Bahar — operate using either a certified physical dealing process (for live dealer games) or a certified random number generator (for RNG games). Game results are not influenced by any prior outcome, account history or player identity. The published Return to Player (RTP) figures for each game represent long-term statistical averages across millions of rounds, not a guarantee of return in any individual session.
bqji offers live in-play betting on selected sporting events. Odds in live markets update continuously based on match developments. A bet submitted during live betting is subject to confirmation before acceptance — there may occasionally be a delay between submission and confirmation while odds are recalculated. If the odds change materially before your bet is processed, bqji will either accept the bet at the new odds or return the stake to your account, depending on your account's pre-set preferences.
Winning bets are paid to your bqji wallet at the odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance. Payouts on sports bets are processed immediately after the relevant event result is officially confirmed. Casino game winnings are applied to your balance instantly. No manual processing is required for standard results. In the event of any result dispute or error, bqji will review and resolve within 48 hours and notify the affected player by the contact details on their account.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on bqji. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following may have their account suspended or permanently closed, with balances withheld pending investigation:

bqji grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the platform for its intended purpose — placing bets and playing games as a registered member. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights to you.
bqji collects, stores and processes personal data about its members in accordance with the bqji Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering with bqji, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
bqji uses your data to verify your identity, process transactions, detect fraud, comply with applicable regulations, provide customer support and deliver promotional communications you have consented to receive. bqji does not sell personal data to third parties.

You have the right to request access to the personal data bqji holds about you, to request corrections to inaccurate data and to request deletion of your data subject to any legal retention obligations. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bqji's total liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bqji is not liable for: losses arising from your own use of the platform that are not caused by bqji's negligence; losses arising from events outside bqji's reasonable control, including internet service interruptions, payment provider outages, force majeure events or third-party system failures; indirect, consequential or speculative losses including lost profits, loss of opportunity or emotional distress.
Gambling Losses: bqji is not liable for gambling losses incurred by you as a result of participating in betting or casino games on the platform. All gambling involves risk. You accept that responsibility for your gaming decisions rests with you.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits bqji's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by bqji's negligence, or for any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded by law.
bqji reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close a member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bqji has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Where an account is closed for a breach of these terms, bqji reserves the right to withhold any balance pending an investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach is involved, any balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's registered payment method within seven business days.
If you request self-exclusion under bqji's responsible gaming policy, your account will be immediately restricted. bqji will use all reasonable measures to prevent you from opening a new account during the self-exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions is a violation of these terms.
bqji may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — bqji will provide advance notice via the email address or mobile number registered to your account where practicable.
It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the bqji platform after any amendment has been published and communicated constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account and stop using the platform before the amendment comes into effect.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bqji's platform is operated for players in Pakistan and these terms are written with Pakistani members in mind.
In the event of any dispute between you and bqji, you should first contact the bqji support team at support@bqji.best or via live chat with a clear description of your complaint. bqji commits to responding to all formal complaints within five business days and to resolving disputes in good faith.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with bqji support, you may escalate your complaint in writing to the complaints team at bqji. bqji will acknowledge escalated complaints within two business days and provide a final position within fifteen business days.
